Below is a table listing the Qualification, A description of the decal, and the requirements to display the decal on your helmet. Notice that the Chief Officer is the only one that can allow a member to wear the decals. The inclusion of the requirement of the chief officer's recognition is to prevent those people from going and sliding through a class and then displaying a decal for a task they cannot complete. Please use care when awarding these decals they are sign of achievement.

 | Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Decal | Red - FF'er w/mask | Recognized by their Chief Officer as being able to perform the functions of a firefighter under real fire conditions inside a burning structure in an SCBA |
 | Engine Operator Decal | Red- Engine | Recognized by their Chief Officer as being able to perform the functions associated with driving and operation of a fire engine under all conditions his fire station normally encounters. |
 | Aerial Operator Decal | Red - Aerials | Recognized by their Chief Officer as being able to perform all the functions associated driving and operating aerial under all conditions his fire station normally encounters. |
 | Fire Fighter I (FFI) Decal | Blue - FF1 | Firefighter I Certified and recognized by their Chief Officer as being able to perform the functions associated with Firefighter I certification. |
 | Fire Fighter 2 (FF2) Decal | Blue - FF2 | Firefighter 2 Certified and recognized by their Chief Officer as being able to perform the functions associated with Firefighter 2 certification. |
 | Safety Officer Decal | Green - Cross | Safety Officer Qualified and recognized by their Chief Officer as being able to perform the functions associated with a Safety Officer. |
 | Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) Decal | Orange - RIT | Minimum of 16 hour course of instruction in Rapid Intervention Crew Exercises. And recognized by their Chief Officer as being able to perform the function of a RIT member. |
 | Vehicle Rescue (VR) Decal | Black - Rescue Tool | Currently holding a Certification for Vehicle Rescue and recognize by Chief Officer as able to perform all functions associated with Vehicle Rescue. |
